Robin S. Buenbrazo is the Chief Nursing Officer of Governor Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center (GCGMMC). With extensive experience in nursing leadership, education, and healthcare management, Robin has dedicated their professional career to advancing excellence in patient care, nursing practice, and health service delivery.

Before assuming the role of Chief Nursing Officer, Robin served as Training Specialist IV at GCGMMC. Earlier in their career, Robin worked as a Health Education and Promotion Officer at Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital and as a Clinical Instructor at the Andres Bonifacio College – College of Nursing in Dipolog City, where they mentored and inspired future nursing professionals.

Robin is a passionate patient advocate—particularly for individuals affected by cancer—and a steadfast Patient Safety Advocate committed to fostering a culture of quality and safe healthcare. As a nursing leader, Robin champions the Nursing Service Mental Health Program, recognizing the importance of building resilience, well-being, and holistic support among healthcare professionals.

Beyond clinical and administrative leadership, Robin is actively engaged in professional and community organizations. Robin is a proud member of the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA), the Society of Nursing Leaders in the Philippines (SNLP), and the Association of Nursing Service Administrators of the Philippines (ANSAP). A strong believer in nurturing future leaders, Robin also advocates for youth empowerment, leadership development, and lifelong learning.
